About Pretty in Point Collective

How it all started...

Pretty In Point Collective started from my own love of stitching. I began with cross stitch and soon after, needlepoint and both became creative outlets that I genuinely love. Over time, that interest grew into a desire to create my own designs and build something of my own.

As I turned 30, I started thinking about what I wanted to do long-term and what I wanted to leave behind. That’s when I decided to start Pretty In Point Collective — a space where I can turn my stitching into something meaningful and share it with others.

Why Needlepoint and Cross Stitch?

I chose to focus on needlepoint and cross stitch because they’re often seen as separate, but they don’t have to be. A common misconception is that cross stitch pieces can’t be “finished” or turned into something beyond fabric projects in the same way needlepoint can be, which isn’t true. Both can be fully finished in a variety of ways, and both offer the same creative flexibility depending on how you approach them.

Pretty In Point Collective is for people who love one or both crafts and are looking for modern, fun designs. On top of that Pretty in Point Collective will also be offering digital charts of all designs released for people who already cross stitch and don’t need a kit or for people who want to paint their own canvases. The goal is to make the designs accessible, flexible, and enjoyable no matter how someone chooses to create.
